GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL AT ANYTIME?
A: As long as you have a ticket in hand that has not been scanned you will be able to enter the event from the moment it opens until the time the event ends each day. Re-entry is not permitted.

Q: WHAT TIME DOES FREAKNIGHT START & END?
A: October 28th & 29th, 6pm – 2am

Q: WILL YOU BE POSTING SET TIMES IN ADVANCE?
A: Yes. Set times will be posted on this web site and on USC social media sites before the festival opens. We will send an email to everyone who signed up for USC email updates once the schedule is posted, so be sure to sign up. (LINE UP SUBJECT TO CHANGE).

Q: CAN I ENTER, LEAVE AND RE-ENTER FREAKNIGHT FESTIVAL?
A: No. Once you leave the venue for the night, you may not reenter.

Q: I’M A MEDIA REPRESENTATIVE. WHO DO I ARRANGE A PRESS PASS THROUGH?
A: Please use the press email address on the Contact Info page for inquiries. press@uscevents.com

Q: CAN I PASS OUT FLYERS AT THE FESTIVAL?
A: No.

Q: WILL THERE BE ATM MACHINES?
A: Yes, there will be ATMs both inside the venue on the upper concourse and on the main floor.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES THE PARKING COST?
A: Parking will be $20.00 in all of the lots on Tacoma Dome property.

Q: CAN I SLEEP IN MY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT?
A: Unfortunately, there is no overnight parking.

WHAT CAN I BRING?

Q: CAN I BRING WATER BOTTLES INTO THE EVENT?
A: You can bring empty water bottles into the event.

Q: I LOVE TAKING PICTURES, CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?
A: You may bring your small non-professional still camera. (No removable lenses) Video cameras (including Go-Pros) are not allowed inside the venue.

TICKET QUESTIONS

Q: WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?
A: It is very likely that FreakNight 2016 will sell out in which case no more tickets will be sold. We recommend purchasing early so that you can rest assured you will be able to attend. Some ticket types have smaller quantities and will sell out more quickly than others.

Q: WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE EVENT?
A: If the festival does not sell out in advance, tickets can be purchased through the Tacoma Dome Box Office, Ticketmaster.com or our retail outlets. Buyer beware: purchasing tickets outside of these official locations puts you at risk of purchasing fraudulent tickets.

Q: WILL THE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS BE A WRISTBAND, A LANYARD OR TICKETS?
A: General admission will have a ticket. No wristband or lanyard will be issued for GA tickets.

Q: CAN YOU REPRINT LOST AND MISPLACED TICKETS AT TACOMA DOME BOX OFFICE?
A: Yes, but we will ONLY reprint tickets for the original purchaser WITH a government issued form of identification. We recommend treating your tickets like cash and keeping them in a safe and secure location.

Q: ARE TICKET PRICES GOING TO INCREASE FROM WHERE THEY ARE NOW?
A: Yes, they will go up in price level as allotted ticket amounts are sold.

Q: IF I BUY FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAIL LOCATION, WILL I GET A PHYSICAL TICKET THAT WILL GAIN ME ADMITTANCE?
A: Yes. Retail locations sell tickets, which will be valid for entry.

Q: WHAT TIME DOES THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?
A: The Tacoma Dome box office is open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, and Saturday, 10am to 2pm.

Q: WILL VIP UPGRADES BE OFFERED?
A: Upgrades will not be available because VIP will be sold out. If you are interested in VIP, purchase these tickets early.

Q: IF I BUY A RESALE GA TICKET AND SOMEONE ELSE’S NAME IS ON THE RECEIPT, IS IT STILL OK TO USE THEM EVEN IF THE NAME DOESN’T MATCH?

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKETS?
A: Please take a look at your transaction information and see which option was selected regarding shipping/pickup method. If you selected the mailing option and are worried because you have not received them, call Ticketmaster directly.

AGE/ID QUESTIONS

Q: WHAT KIND OF ID DO I NEED TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL?
A: Please review all the detailed ID rules here

Q: CAN I ATTEND THE EVENT IF I AM UNDER THE AGE OF 18 AND I COME WITH A LEGAL GUARDIAN?
A: This event is strictly 18 and older. Security will not allow anyone under the age of 18 into the venue.

Q: MY ID WAS LOST/STOLEN. WHAT CAN I USE TO PROVE THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD?
A: If you have a passport, security will accept all government issued passports. Expired government issued identification will only be accepted WITH temporary DMV documentation that is valid and proves you are going to receive a new valid ID. Please review a more detailed description of the ID rules here

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF MY ID EXPIRED AND I DO NOT THINK I WILL RECEIVE A NEW ONE IN TIME?
A: Please bring your expired ID AND your temporary DMV documentation that proves your ID is being renewed. Review all the detailed ID rules here

Q: CAN I USE A CONSULAR ID OR FOREIGN GOVERNMENT ISSUED DRIVERS LICENSE?
A: Security will not accept consular identification or a foreign government issued drivers license (Canadian drivers licenses or identification cards that are not expired may be used to grant entry into the festival). They will accept any foreign government issued passport provided it has a photo, name and date of birth on it. A passport can be acquired by scheduling an appointment with your local consulate office.

Q: WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL?
A: Security will not accept consular identification or a foreign government issued drivers license other than Canadian Province issued driver’s license or identification card. US military ID, Merchant Marine ID, Tribal ID (not all accepted), and US Possessions issued ID will all also be accepted. They will accept any foreign government issued passport provided it has a photo, name and date of birth on it.
